Extra Virgin Olive Oil

... in our selected olive groves we collect with commitment and passion the best olives in the right period of maturation to give life to the best extra virgin oils, unique and unmistakable in taste, smell and color.

The olives are milled within 8 hours of their harvest, the fresh primary product is extracted cold (with a controlled temperature of 25 °-27 °) so not to alter all the precious organoleptic properties of the fruit.

... before being bottled for direct sale to our customers, Salvatore Selection Evo Oil rests for a fixed time in stainless steel containers to optimum temperament, so as to separate naturally from the solid residues present in the raw product just extracted.
Our oil is produced in full respect of nature and our beloved land.
